Scheme, Grant and Threshold Figures

Where we quote a grant amount, a price cap, a subsidy limit or a regulatory threshold, we state the source and the date it applied. These figures change, sometimes at short notice and sometimes retrospectively for contracts signed after a particular date.

Do not rely on a figure on this site for a decision that matters. Confirm the current position with the Queensland Revenue Office, Housing Australia, the Defence Home Ownership Assistance Scheme or the relevant administrator, or ask us to check it for your specific situation.

We do not quote interest rates, comparison rates, fees or repayment amounts anywhere on this site. Any figure you need for a decision should come from the lender's disclosure documents.
